How do I place an order online?
Please browse our website for the products you are intersted in. The search feature at the top of the page is a quick and easy way to locate what you are looking for. You may search may product description, part description or manufacturer code. If we have the product in stock you can add the item to your shopping basket. Once all the items you require are in the basket click the Checkout button to provide your details and payment information.
Can I order by telephone or post?
Yes we welcome orders by telephone or post. Please call 0800 612 8828 to discuss your requirements, we can process your payment over the telephone or you may send your order with a cheque by post if you prefer.
Are items in stock?
All products shown in stock on our website are in stock and despatched direct from our own storage facility.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments may be made by credit or debit card or using PayPal. The cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro, JCB and American Express. If you wish to pay by cheque please telephone free on 0800 612 8828 to check stock and confirm payment amounts. Cheques should be made payable to :- Elite Toys and Models Ltd.
Are my card details secure?
All card payments are made via RBS WorldPay, a division of The Royal Bank of Scotland. Payments are made through their secure payment server and we do not keep any of the card details.
RBS Worldpay conforms to the highest level of security currently available for service providers.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery for all UK orders starts from £4-99. Mainland UK orders are delivered by courier with the option to pick your delivery day including next working day and online tracking. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland is 5 to 7 working days.
Delivery to Ireland is at a standard rate of £17-99.
When will my delivery be despatched?
All orders received before 1-00pm (Monday-Friday) will be despacthed the same day. Orders received after 1-00pm on Friday or during weekends or Bank Holidays may be despatched the next working day. When your item is despatched an email confirming this will be sent to the address given.
When will my delivery arrive?
Our next working day and 'pick your delivery day' courier service provide you with an online tracking facility for you to check exactly when your parcel is due to arrive.
Items outside Mainland UK normally arrive within 5 to 7 working days from despatch.
Do you have retail premises?
We are an internet only business and have no retail premises and therefore can not accept callers for goods or queries.
Can I return my order?
Should you wish to return any order please contact our office within 3 days of receving the parcel to request a returns number. This can be via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01253 731333. All goods will need to be returned in their original packaging and in condition for re-sale. Unless the goods were incorrectly sent or faulty we are unable to offer a refund on postage or carriage.
