How do I place an order online?
Please browse our website for the products you are interested in. The search feature at the top of the page is a quick and easy way to locate what you are looking for. You may search by product description, part description or manufacturer code. If we have the product in stock you can add the item to your shopping basket. Once all the items you require are in the basket click the Checkout/Basket button to provide your details and payment information.
Can I order by telephone or by post?
Yes we welcome orders by telephone or post. Please call 01253 731333 to discuss your requirements, we can process your payment over the telephone or you may send your order with a cheque by post if you prefer.
Are items in stock?
All products shown in stock on our website are in stock and despatched direct by ourselves from our own storage facility.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments may be made by debit/credit card or using PayPal. The cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro, JCB and American Express. If you wish to pay by cheque please telephone 01253 731333 to check stock and confirm payment amounts. Cheques should be made payable to :- Elite Toys and Models Ltd.
Are my card details secure?
All card payments are processed through a PCI Service Provider Level 1 system, the highest grade of payment processing available.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery for all UK orders is only £4-99. We also offer a 'Two Day' service for £6-99 and a 'Next Day' service for £8-99 to mainland UK addresses.

When will my order be despatched?
All orders received before 1-00pm (Monday-Friday) will be despatched the same day. Orders received after 1-00pm on Friday or during weekends or Bank Holidays may be despatched the next working day. When your item is despatched an email confirming this will be sent to the address given.
When will my order arrive?
Standard delivery UK orders normally arrive within 2-4 working days.
Deliveries outside UK normally arrive within 5-7 working days.
Do you have retail premises?
We are an internet only business and have no retail premises and therefore can not accept callers for goods or queries.
Can I return my order?
Should you wish to return any order please contact our office within 3 days of receiving the parcel to request a returns number. This can be via email at email@example.com or telephone 01253 731333. All goods will need to be returned in their original packaging and in condition for re-sale. Unless the goods were incorrectly sent or faulty we are unable to offer a refund on postage or carriage.
